A nose with delicate, wild aromas… Palate: a smooth, refined juice, with great freshness and drinkability... a masterpiece, completely authentic, with 9 grams of residual sugars. It's not without its quirks and faults, so you have to be passionate about this style of entirely natural wine.
Didier Mouton
Didier Mouton is a vigneron in the Corrèze region of south-western France. There, since 2001, he has owned a micro-estate, and since 2006, vinifies his own wines. With a little more than 1 hectare, producing 800 bottles a year, we are talking here about an impassioned gardener. Didier is 100% self-taught, a pure man of the earth, a farmer engrossed in a slightly mad undertaking. A humble man, close to nature, a vigneron who became non-interventionist simply because he noticed that his fine soils we’re capable of giving him beautiful fruit all on their own... One must have faith in his terroir! Didier is close to Cyril Fahl and to Pierre Overnoy, and he’s benefitted greatly from their counsel. His vinifications are done without additives and are always experimental. The juice he produces is pure and natural... The result is entirely unique, radiant and cheerful for the palate. These rare wines are veritable OVNI (that’s French for UFOs) – Non-Identified Viticultural Objects! Hats off to the artist!
A deep, pure nose of exotic fruits and minerals. An expressive wine of fiery aromatics, bristling with youth, but which proves to be full bodied and sappy, with great length on the palate. Yet again a wine from another planet, but a beautiful cuvée for lovers of natural wine.

A complex and always evolving nose, first on blackcurrant and blackberry, then carried by spices, pepper, a floral hint with violet notes. Palate: a lot of structure, tight tannins, luscious finish on cocoa aromas. It will do wonders, it just needs to stay for a little while in your cellar.
Powerful and incredibly complex nose, with notes of blackberry syrup, blueberry, aromatic herbs, violet... Palate: a dry juice carried by tannins that are still a bit tight, a concentrated palate without any astringency. Long finish on black fruits.

A completely different version of Vigne Farouche in this new vintage: the Pinot Noir gives us a powerful nose of black cherry and undergrowth, while the palate is supple, the tannins fine yet perfectly structured, a wine of emotion, off the beaten track.
Notes of candied cherry, red plum, blackberry, leather, hint of smoke. Long, powerful palate, a sunny red with a subtly taosted, cocoa-flavored finish.
