An atypical red, a perfect beverage for an aperitif, carried by notes of cherry, blackcurrant, in-shell almond, an explosion of fruit and freshness... Beautiful palate, a real favorite, a little bit allumée (on the edge in French) of course, but digestible and supple, one glass calls for another one!

Anne Buiatti has always known that she wanted to work close to Nature: after a viticultural and oenological training, she spent more than 10 years in Languedoc, before falling in love with an old building in Saint-Morillon, South of Bordeaux, where she founded Maison Advinam in 2019. Quite a distinctive feature: she cultivates vines in the Graves and in Calce (Roussillon), where Anne bought a sublime 2-ha plot of Syrah. Today, natural wine feels…natural! to her, because of its identity, its creativity and its freedom. The winemaker produces pure and very precise juices, without faults, but reminds us that she "makes wine, but not only", and works everyday with the Maison towards a bigger picture. Sheep, chickens and orchards are an integral part of Advinam, as are the medicinal plants that Anne cultivates for her biodynamic preparations. An approach that could be described as holistic, which means a lot to us at Pur Jus. You can truly feel the harmony and balance during the tasting.
