Anne Petitot
Anne Petitot is at the head of the young Domaine de La Bouchaude, in Bersaillin, in the Côtes du Jura appellation. Originally from Franche-Comté, this engineer discovered wine in all of its complexity and beauty during her first job, which happened to be at the Syndicat d’appellation of Touraine (the office managing the appellation). “Even if in the end when I worked there, I especially liked the wines and the people outside the AOC”! She began working at Julien Pineau’s, left for a year of harvesting and vinification in Chile, and on her return to France, she perfected her skills at the Tissot and then Ratapoil estates. It was during the lockdown of 2020 that she settled on the only 80 ares of La Bouchaude (today 2.3 ha in production), it was adventure time! All of her cuvées are a tribute to the french poem Get drunk, by Baudelaire: "get drunk, and never rest! On wine, on poetry, or on virtue; you choose." An agenda that we are proud to present to you through her first vintage.
