Eau de vie elaborated from the distillation of the marc of the grapes of the cuvée Les Ceps Centenaires de la Mémé, produced at Domaine Gramenon by Michèle Aubéry-Laurent. It is indeed marc from very old Grenache vines of 120 years, grown biodynamically and coplanted in massal selection, on two parcels located on the slopes of Gramenon, Montbrison sur Lez. After the maceration of the grapes that will give rise to this iconic Gramenon cuvée, the pomace is brought to the South-West where Laurent Cazottes and his team carefully sort the raw material and proceed to a gentle and artisanal distillation. This is a true rarity!
