A blend of sweet apples and aromatic bitter apples, mainly from the cider house's own orchards, grown organically in the commune of Clohars-Carnoët, Southern Brittany. Juices are blended just after pressing, fermented with indigenous yeasts and natural foam. No filtration, no fining, no pasteurization, no added sulfites.

Nolwenn Merrien and Matthieu Huet run the Cidrerie de l'Apothicaire, located in Clohars-Carnoët in Southern Finistère, Brittany. These “local kids” had their first careers in healthcare, before founding their estate and setting up in earnest as cider makers in 2018.
