Cabernet Franc from vines planted in 2020 in the commune of Sarzeau (Souther Brittany), on a single 1.20 hectare plot with clay-sandy soils. The entire vineyard has been organically farmed from the start. Hand-harvested on September 28th. Vinification: 6 hours of maceration, slow pressing of the whole clusters in a pneumatic press for 3 hours, fermented with neutral yeasts, aged on lees in stainless steel tanks for 7 months. Bottled on April 6, 2024, without fining or filtration. Total SO2: 74 mg/l.
