100% Pinot Noir from vines farmed organically and planted in 1999 at the Les Clusers vineyard site (27-ares) in Prémeaux-Prissey, on clay-limestone soils. Harvested by hand with careful sorting in the vineyard and cellar. Vinification: all the work is done by gravity – a few days of cold maceration with 100% destemmed grapes, some pumping over, gentle pressing, and malolactic fermentation in barrels, followed by maturation in barrels (25% are new oak) for 12 months, and racking and blending in vats. Bottled at the estate.

Morgan and Julie Truchetet, brother and sister, took over Domaine Truchetet from their father Jean-Pierre in January of 2019. Together, they represent the fifth generation to lead Domaine Truchetet.
