100% Chardonnay, from a 35-are parcel of vines planted in the 1960s by massal selection in the commune of Saint-Aubin, on gravelly white soils of clay and marl. Cultivated biodynamically, with ploughing of the soil, no chemicals, and harvesting by hand in small crates. Vinification: direct pressing, cold settling, vinified in 350-litre barrels, matured for 20 months on the lees. Bottled at the estate on the 27th of May 2024. Neither filtered, nor fined, just a micro-dose of sulfites in order to protect the wine.
