A cuvée of Pinot Noir from one of the most legendary parcels of the Côte de Nuits, from vines acquired by the estate in 1919, planted on a complex soil of marl and limestone with superb clays. The three parcels from this Grand Cru make up 1.9 hectare. Vinification: delicate crushing of the whole bunches, without SO2, the juice and wine are moved by gravity, long aging in barrels.

His family estate, founded by his great-grandfather in 1870, is composed of around 15 hectares of the most beautiful parcels around Gevrey.
