Chambolle Musigny Les Chatelots - 2021 - Cyprien Arlaud - Magnum
Domaine Arlaud
A few words from the Domaine: "The wines from this Cru are airy and fluid. The aromas are often reminiscent of pomegranate and redcurrants. This makes this Premier Cru a perfectly digestible, delicate wine."

100% Pinot Noir from vines grown biodynamically, planted on a plot ploughed by horse and harvested by hand. The grapes are sorted twice. Vinification: total destemming, maceration for around 30 days, with little punching down. Aged for 18 months in oak barrels, with 30% new oak. Bottled on the estate by gravity, without fining or filtration, respecting the lunar cycles of the biodynamic calendar, with sparing use of sulfites. Around 300 bottles produced.
