100% Chardonnay from organically grown (not certified) vines planted on clay-limestone soils on the heights of the village of Chassagne, facing southeast. Hand-harvested, directly pressed, the juice is transferred to vats for settling for 48 hours, then transferred to barrels for fermentation and aging for 15 months, with a maximum of 20% new barrels, and finally aged in vats for three months. Bottled at the winery without filtration.

Alexandre Moreau is the eldest son of Bernard Moreau, he has been working on the estate since 1995, and is today at the head of the family vineyard, embodying its fifth generation.
