A lacy Pinot carried by notes of cherry, strawberry, undergrowth, subtle toasted hint. Velvety and slender palate, great class, lots of freshness, perfectly integrated tannins.
100% Pinot Noir from vines of 55 years old on average, grown organically (not certified), planted on clay-limestone soils and facing South-East. Manual harvesting, indigenous yeasts, soft maceration without forcing the extraction, end of fermentations and aging in barrels that have seen several wines, for 15 months, and finally a maturation of three months in vats. Bottled at the Estate without filtration, light fining.
