100% Pinot Noir from vines of 55 years old on average, grown organically (not certified), planted on clay-limestone soils and facing South-East. Manual harvesting, indigenous yeasts, soft maceration without forcing the extraction, end of fermentations and aging in barrels that have seen several wines, for 15 months, and finally a maturation of three months in vats. Bottled at the Estate without filtration, light fining.
Alexandre Moreau
Alexandre Moreau is the eldest son of Bernard Moreau, he has been working on the estate since 1995, and is today at the head of the family vineyard, embodying its fifth generation.
