Pinot Noir from vines cultivated biodynamically and planted from 1978 to 1990 on a 0.43-hectare parcel of the clay and limestone soils that make up the excellent terroir of Morey Saint Denis. The soil is ploughed with horses, harvesting is done by hand, and yields are kept under tight control. Natural vinification, 30% whole bunches, gentle pressing and 16 months of maturation in oak barrels, 40% of which are new. Not fined or filtered, bottled in accordance with the lunar calendar, and with a light dose of sulphur.
