100% Pinot Noir, a cuvée made with purchased grapes grown on a 26-are plot, on Les Seuvrées climat in Gevrey Chambertin, of clay-limestone soils and harvested by the estate’s team, by hand. Vinification: all work is done by gravity – cold pre-fermentation maceration with 100% destemmed grapes, indigenous yeasts, some pumping over, and 12 months of maturation in barrels (25% are new oak). Blended in vats, and bottled at the estate.
