100% Pinot Noir from vines grown organically and planted on four parcels for a total of 2.5 hectares, on which the oldest were planted in 1913. Very well situated climats, for their exposition and soils: En Derrée, Champérrier, Clos de Combe et Petite Jouise. Manual harvest and sorting. Natural vinification, always very precise: delicate crushing of the bunches, indigenous yeasts, no additives or sulphur, transfer of the juices and wine by gravity. Long aging in barrels.
