100% Pinot Noir from a 60-are parcel of 35-year-old vines, planted by massal selection at the Les Châtaigniers vineyard site in Saint Aubin, on red soil. Neither filtered, nor fined, and just a micro dose of sulphur at bottling, on the 27th of May 2024.
