100% Pinot Noir from a 60-are parcel of 35-year-old vines, planted by massal selection at the Les Châtaigniers vineyard site in Saint Aubin, on red soil. Cultivated biodynamically, with ploughing of the soil, no chemicals, and harvesting by hand in small crates. Neither filtered, nor fined, and just a micro dose of sulphur at bottling, on the 27th of May 2024.
