100% Pinot Noir from vines planted in 1995, 1997 and 1998 in the vineyard site "La Montagne" just above Prémaux-Prissey, on 53 ares of stony and limestone soils. Harvest is done by hand. Vinification: total destemming, cold pre-fermentary maceration, a few pumping over, soft pressing, malolactic fermentation in barrels with 25% new oak, 12 months of aging in these same barrels. Blending in vats before bottling at the Estate; all the work is done by gravity.

Morgan and Julie Truchetet, brother and sister, took over Domaine Truchetet from their father Jean-Pierre in January of 2019. Together, they represent the fifth generation to lead Domaine Truchetet.
