100% Pinot Noir from a 49-are parcel of more than 60-year-old vines, planted by massal selection at the Les Clos Roussots vineyard site and Climat. Cultivated biodynamically, with ploughing of the soil, and harvesting by hand in small crates. Vinification: whole grape bunches are placed in wooden vats for a light extraction, some pumping over, a little cap punching, and 20 months of maturation on the lees in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled on the 27th of May 2024 with just a pinch of sulphur, no fining nor filtration.
