100% Chardonnay, from vines planted in the 1960s by clonal selection, on a parcel of 25 ares located in the Danay valley, at 320 metres altitude, with stony white soils of clay and limestone. Cultivated biodynamically, with ploughing of the soil, no chemicals, and harvesting by hand in small crates. Vinification: direct pressing, cold settling, vinified in 350-litre barrels, matured 20 months on the lees in those same barrels. Neither filtered, nor fined, and just a micro dose of sulphur at bottling, on the 27th of May 2024.
