100% Pinot Noir, a cuvée made with purchased grapes, harvested by the estate's team on the Clos Solon and Bas Chevevery climats, for a total of 50 ares showing clay-limestone soils. Manual harvest. Vinification: all work is done by gravity – cold pre-fermentation maceration with 100% destemmed grapes, indigenous yeasts, some pumping over, and 12 months of maturation in barrels (25% are new oak). Blended in vats, and bottled at the estate.
