Nuits Saint Georges 1er Cru "Clos de l'Arlot" - 2022 - Géraldine Godot

Pinot Noir from old vines cultivated biodynamically and planted on the Clos de l'Arlot vineyard site, a Monopole covering 2 ha on marl soils. The grapes were harvested by hand from the 26th to the 31st of August. In the winery: indigneous yeasts, moderate pumping over and limited punching of the cap are practiced in order to preserve all the finesse of the Pinot Noir from this great terroir. Gentle pressing, maturation for 15 months in barrels with a maximum of 45% new oak, followed by three months of maturation in vats before bottling.
