100% Pinot Noir from vines planted on the beautiful Damodes parcel, located 400 meters from Romanée Conti, a parcel that geographically dominates Vosne-Romanée, exposed to the wind. The 50-year-old vines are grown biodynamically and harvested by hand. Natural vinification: 3 or 4 weeks of maceration in whole bunches, aging in egg-shaped concrete vats. Bottled on the estate without fining or filtration, with no added sulfites.

Frédéric Cossard and his partner Laure founded their estate in 2006, while also beginning to buy grapes from multiple historic appellations: Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, Pommard, Chambolle-Musigny, Vosne-Romanée, and even the Jura.
