Chardonnay from 60-year-old vines, grown on terroirs: Clos Reyssié, Clos de M. Noly, Plantes Vieilles... Mostly clay-limestone soils, maintained through plowing and natural ground cover. Manual harvesting. Slow pressing of whole bunches in a pneumatic press. Fermentation and aging on fine lees in barrels, without new oak, this cuvée is a blend of the 2019, 2020, and 2021 vintages, thus undergoing long aging over several years, before blending and a period in vats. Not fined, not filtered, no sulfites added.
