100% Pinot Noir from vines grown organically and planted in the sector known as "Sous la Velle", which means ‘under the village’ in patois. A steep parcel, facing East. Manual harvest. Natural vinification: about three weeks of maceration of the whole bunches, soft pressing, 12 months of maturation in egg-shaped concrete vats. Bottled without fining or filtration, and without added sulphur.
