100% Chardonnay from vines grown biodynamically and following an agroforestry approach, planted on the Montagne de Reims in Verzy, a Grand Cru parcel with clay-limestone soils over flint. Harvested by hand. Vinification: indigenous yeasts, vinified and aged on lees in barrels, aging on laths before being disgorged in March 2023, with a dosage of 1.5 gr/l. Unfined, unfiltered, just a tiny pinch of sulphur.
