Champagne
L'incandescent Grand Cru - 2019 - Sébastien Mouzon
Champagne Mouzon Leroux
A very beautiful rosé Champagne, with a delicious nose of raspberry, strawberry, blood orange and a hint of undergrowth. The palate is delicately vinous, elegant, chiselled and long, finish on fine bitters.

100% Pinot Noir from vines grown biodynamically and following an agroforestry approach, planted on the Montagne de Reims in Verzy, a classified Grand Cru parcel with clay-limestone soils over flint. Harvested by hand. Natural winemaking: 19 hours of maceration, this is a rosé de saignée (bleeding), so the juice that has run off the berries, is vinified and aged on total lees in barrels, aged on laths, disgorged in October 2023, without any dosage. Unfined and unfiltered, with very low sulfite levels. Only from the 2019 harvest.

At the age of 28, in 2008, he was hit hard by the global crisis, and opened his eyes...
