100% Pinot Meunier from organic vines planted in Cuchery on a clay-limestone terroir in the Marne Valley. Harvested by hand. Vinification: short 18-hour maceration before gentle pressing, spontaneous fermentation in small oak barrels that have seen several wines. Aged for nearly five years on laths, this champagne got a dosage of 3 grams per liter, and was disgorged on the 3rd of October, 2022.
Delphine Boulard
Delphine Boulard comes from a family of winegrowers spanning more than 6 generations, Champagne runs in her veins! She succeeds her father Francis at the head of Maison Francis Boulard et Fille, which she founded with her parents in 2009.
