100% Vermentino from vines grown biodynamically, planted on sandstone soils with South/South-East exposure. Harvested by hand. Natural vinification: total de-stemming, short skin maceration before pneumatic pressing and 6 months of aging in concrete vats on fine lees, with one stirring of the lees per month. Bottled on the estate without fining, lightly filtered.

Manu Venturi, child of the 1975 vintage, born in Corsica to an oenologist father, is his worthy successor at Domaine Vico and Clos Venturi, in the heart of Haute-Corse.
