100% Sciaccarello from Demeter-certified, biodynamically-grown vines planted in 1953 on South-East facing soils that shows a terroir of rolled pebbles, at an altitude of 270 meters. Hand-harvested, yields of 37 hl/ha. Vinification: fermented in 25 hl casks, pneumatic pressing, aged for 18 months in this same cask. Bottled at the estate without fining or filtration.

Manu Venturi, child of the 1975 vintage, born in Corsica to an oenologist father, is his worthy successor at Domaine Vico and Clos Venturi, in the heart of Haute-Corse.
