Blend of Aleatico, Niellucio, Sciaccarello, Minustellu, Morescola, Carcaghjolu Neru, Moresconu and Vermentino, from biodynamically-managed vines planted on sandstone soils. Harvesting is done by hand. 70% of the grapes were destemmed, then went through a 30-day maceration with daily manual punching of the cap. Aged for 10 months in old casks, 10 months in amphorae and 4 to 6 months in bottles at the estate's cellar, after a bottling without fining or filtration.

Manu Venturi, child of the 1975 vintage, born in Corsica to an oenologist father, is his worthy successor at Domaine Vico and Clos Venturi, in the heart of Haute-Corse.
