An expressive nose, with notes of anise and white flowers. A delicate, ultra-mineral palate, with great freshness. This is very aromatic juice, with lovely persistence.
A 100% Vermentino cuvée, grown on granite sands. The vines are around 20 years old and farmed biodynamically (certified by DEMETER since 2000), with green cover between the rows, and sheep grazing through the winter. Vinification: hand picking, meticulous sorting, low yields, direct pressing, indigenous yeasts, maturation in vats. Light filtration, sensible use of sulphur.
