Blend: Sciacarellu, Grenache and Nielluccio. Vines facing northwest and south, on a windswept, clay-limestone terroir. The estate has been certified organic by ECOCERT since 2002, with the vines farmed biodynamically since 2006. Manual harvest of course, with controlled yields.
