A blend of 50% Carcaghjolu Neru, 40% Sciacarello and 10% Minustello. From a 3-hectare vineyard in Bonifacio, with clay-limestone soils. Vines farmed biodynamically, planted in 2010 with the participation of Patrick Fioramonti. As for vinification: 30% whole bunches, indigenous yeasts, matured 16 months in casks and demi-muid barrels... Neither fined nor filtered.

Yves Canarelli took over his grandfather’s vines in 1993. In 20 years, he has shifted his viticulture over to biodynamics, and reintroduced ancient grape varietals like Cargaghjolu Nero, which nearly went extinct in the 1960s.
