A 100% Chardonnay cuvée from vines planted in the village of Piccadily, in the Adelaide region of southeast Australia. The grapes are harvested by hand, direct pressed, placed in barrels, fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured for 15 months in new oak barrels. Neither filtered nor fined, it was bottled with just a micro-dose of sulphur. Only 197 bottles produced!
