100% Chardonnay from vines grown biodynamically, planted in 2012 on four parcels for a total of two hectares, on clay-limestone soils, exposure South South West, in the commune of La Bruyère, North West of Namur. Manual harvest, respecting the maturity, from the 19th of September to the 15th of October 2022. Direct pressing, each parcel is vinified separately before blending. One year of aging in barrels with 20% of new oak, followed by 6 months of aging in stainless steel tanks. Unfiltered, unfined, just a tiny dose of sulphur.
