A blend of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Gamay from the slopes of Charrat (limestone scree, left bank) and Chamoson (limestone alluvium, right bank). Vines aged 20 to 40 years, farmed biodynamically and hand-harvested in small crates. Vinification: full destemming, about two weeks of maceration, daily punch-downs and pump-overs, gentle pressing, and 8 months of aging in concrete vats. Bottled at the Domaine with just a micro-dose of sulfur.
