Closer to white than orange, very delicate winemaking here... The nose: what a fruit bomb! Citrus fruits and pineapple, apricot, with vegetal, mineral, and slightly saline notes. The palate is invigorating, (like a little slap on the face), with refreshing acidity and a saline finish.

A blended cuvée omade of 70% Grenache Blanc and Gris, Macabeu and some Parellada, from vines farmed biodynamically and planted on limestone soils at 470 metres altitude north of Tarragona. Vinification: destemming, 10 days of co-maceration of the four grape varieties, pressing, alcoholic fermentation and 8 months maturation in a large amphora. Zero aded sulphur!
