The slightly warmer 2019 vintage yielded a juice full of sunshine, with a nose boasting notes of black tea and cumin, and a hint of flowers... On the palate, we find vibrant fruit flavours and a velvety tannic structure, balanced by refreshing acidity. One of our favourites.

A 100% Pinot Noir cuvée from vines planted at 300 metres altitude in the village of Lenswood, in southeast Australia. The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by one month of carbonic maceration in whole bunches with indigenous yeasts, gentle pressing, 10 months of maturation in four French oak barrels, one of which is new, with neither filtering nor fining, and finally bottled in December 2019 with just a micro-dose of sulphur.
