A 100% Petite Arvine cuvée, the most historic, emblematic grape variety of Fully. From vines about 15 years old, farmed biodynamically and planted at the bottom of the hillside at 500 metres altitude, on granite soils. The grapes are handpicked with small crates. Vinification: direct pressing of whole grape bunches, natural settling and zero oenological additives, with indigenous yeasts and 6 months of maturation. A light filtration at bottling, and a micro dose of sulphur.
