100% Marsanne from century-old vines farmed biodynamically, planted on terraces in Fully (lieu-dit: Les Claives) at 600 meters, on predominantly gneiss soils. Hand-harvested in small crates over several passes, with low yields. Vinification: whole cluster pressing, static settling without additives, indigenous yeasts, 14 months of aging in oak barrels for this sunny vintage. Selection of the best barrels before blending, with just a microdose of sulfur.
