A blend of native grape varieties: Humagne and Cornalin, almost 50/50 in this cuvée. Plot of 30 ares, planted on the right bank of the Rhône between Leytron and Chamoson, on a soil of limestone scree and schist, on Champs Longs parcel. The vines are farmed biodynamically, harvested by hand with small crates. Vinification: the grapes are partially destemmed, macerated for 14 days, with indigenous yeasts, and 6 months of maturation in oak barrels that have seen several wines. A light filtration at bottling, and a micro dose of sulphur.
