Nose: raisins, cinnamon, candied orange, fruit paste... Palate: a liquoreux with 176 grams of residual sugar per liter, sustained and chiseled by a lovely touch of oak, a delicate nectar. Ideal with blue-veined cheese. The perfect pairing for a blue-veined cheese. A 50 cl bottle.

Another version of Chappaz's Grain Noble, this is a blend of Marsanne, Petite Arvine and Pinot Gris, and a blend of vintages, due in particular to the lack of botrytis in the 2020 vintage. The vines are between 40 and 90 years old, cultivated biodynamically and harvested by hand in small crates between October and November. Vinification: direct pressing of the whole clusters, indigenous yeasts, aged for two years in oak barrels. Light filtration at bottling.
