100% Pinot Noir from biodynamically farmed vines, planted on limestone soils in the Charrat Les Esserts parcel. This is historically the first plot worked by Marie-Thérèse, a small vineyard inherited from her father. Vinification: total destemming, about three weeks of maceration, gentle pressing, blending of free-run and press juices, one year of aging in 228-liter oak barrels. Just a micro-dose of sulfur added before bottling at the estate.
