A 100% Grenache cuvée from vines planted in the village of Blewitt Springs on sandy soil over clay, in southeast Australia. The grapes are harvested by hand, macerated one month in whole bunches in vats with indigenous yeasts, followed by gentle pressing, and 10 months of maturation in barrels that have seen several wines. Neither filtered nor fined, and zero sulphur!
