Blend: majority of Pinot, supplemented with Syrah and a hint of Gamay, from young vines grown biodynamically (certified) and planted on different plots. Manually harvested in small crates. Vinification: 100% destemmed, about 14 days of maceration, indigenous yeasts, 6 months of aging in vats. Light filtration before bottling at the Estate, with just a micro-dose of sulfites.
