A 100% Pinot Noir cuvée from vines planted at 300 metres altitude in the village of Lenswood, in southeast Australia. The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by carbonic maceration with indigenous yeasts, fermentations and maturation in large casks, with neither filtering nor fining, and only a micro-dose of sulphur at bottling.
