A 100% Riesling cuvée from old vines planted on schist, fruit of the famous Scharzofberger vineyard and its extreme slopes. The soil is ploughed up to six times a year, harvesting is done by hand, and yields are controlled. Auslese signifies a late harvest wine obtained under exceptional weather conditions which have notably produced botrytised grapes.
