Merlot - 2009 - Saša Radikon - 50cl
Radikon
Remarkable nose with notes of blueberry, blackberry jam, aromatic herbs, leather and undergrowth. Racy, elegant palate, fine acidity, mineral structure, rose and citrus fruits finish. An unmissable tasting that totally makes us rediscover this grape variety.

Merlot from organic, hand-harvested vines. Vinification: total de-stemming, two months of maceration and fermentation in casks, without sulfur or temperature control, gentle pressing, aged on its lees in large oak casks that have seen several wines for... five years, no less! Bottled at the estate without fining or filtration, and without the addition of sulfites. Bottle-aged in the estate cellars for a almost ten more years before release.
