A 100% Cortese cuvée cultivated at the top of a slope of clay-limestone soils, facing south and wind-swept by winds coming off the sea. Yield 50 hl/ha. Vinification: macerated 3 days, matured in 25-hl acacia wood barrels for 15 months. Zero sulphites added at bottling. In Stefano’s words: "Montemarino is a mysterious feminine soul.
