Blended cuvée of 30% Nero d'Avola and 70% Frappato. The parcels are north facing at an altitude of 280 metres, the wines are grown organically Manual harvest between the last week of September and the first 10 days of October. Vinification: grapes are 100% destemmed, macerated for 155 days, with indigenous yeasts, and juices handled by gravity. Matured 6 months in concrete vats, neither filtered nor fined. Bottled at the Estate with a tiny dose of sulfur.
